Full payment is required to confirm a booking. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Tours are subject to weather conditions. In case of adverse weather, Point Blue Sailing reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour with a full refund.
Passengers must adhere to safety instructions provided by the crew during the tour. Point Blue Sailing reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger deemed unfit for the tour.
Point Blue Sailing is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death occurring during the tour, except where caused by negligence.
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Point Blue Sailing is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property during the tour.
Consumption of alcohol and drugs is strictly prohibited onboard. Passengers found in violation will be removed from the tour without refund.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the tour.
Point Blue Sailing reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
